This course teaches practical and applicable skills that can be used in the moment – when stress comes on. Most “stress management” programs provide ideas for what to do hours later but don’t give tools for immediate intervention. These same tactics, once learned, will help you avoid your old reaction to stress and allow you to respond in a much calmer, more productive way.

It’s nearly impossible to avoid stress in today’s world. The fact that you are reading this is indicative that you are curious about ways to better handle stress for yourself. This course is NOT for someone who wants to gloss through the material and expect a miraculous result. In contrast, if you are a person looking for real, proven, time-tested techniques to train yourself to better handle stress… and you are willing to do the work; this is for you.
How long is the course?
The course is self-paced. Some students have a familiarity with parts of the course whereas others may be brand new to the strategies and tactics. The better question is: How long have you been putting off doing something about your stress… and why would you want to wait any longer?

It is a combination of PDFs, audio, and video.
Do I need any prior experience or knowledge?
No knowledge or experience is needed. What you will need is a commitment to do the exercises – not just read or listen to them. Change will only occur with action. “Knowledge is not power. The application of knowledge is power.”
Will I need any special equipment or tools?
